Who can attend the Worldwide Energy Conference?

Registration is open to Active Duty Military, Government and Industry who are interested in learning about products, technologies and services in the energy field.

The Worldwide Energy Conference is not open to the public. Spouses, friends, peers and guests are not granted access to any part of the event without a badge.  If anyone will accompany you, they must register and pay the associated fee.
NOTE: All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.

What are the registration categories/classifications?

DLA / Military: DLA employees; active duty military
DoD (Non DLA) / Government: Applies to DoD (Non DLA) employees and local, city, state, provincial, federal and international government personnel. This does not include government contractors.
Industry/Vendor: Vendors or consultants who provide solutions or services to the energy industry.
Exhibitor: Organizations with a signed exhibit space agreement registering within their allotment of complimentary badges.

What forms of ID are required to attend Worldwide Energy Conference?

Attendees must display an official badge at all times. No badges will be mailed in advance. To pick up a badge, attendees must present a government-issued photo ID at registration.

Driver’s License
Military ID
U.S. Government ID
Passport

What is the attire for the Worldwide Energy Conference?

Active Duty Military: Follow the guidance for your Service.
Civilian: Business attire.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

There are no refunds for this event.  Paid registrants who fail to send a substitute or do not attend forfeit their entire registration fee.
