Steven Iselin, Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations and Environment)On Jan. 20, 2017, Mr. Steven Iselin became Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations and Environment). In this position, Mr. Iselin develops Department-wide policies, procedures, advocacy and strategic plans. Oliver Fritz, Deputy for Operational Energy
Mr. Oliver Fritz is the Deputy for Operational Energy in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Operational Energy. In this capacity, he assists with overseeing more than $2B in operational, technological, and analytical adaptations in the Department’s use of energy in warfighting, and was the staff lead for developing and implementing the Department’s Operational Energy Strategy.
