The Worldwide Energy Conference will address the entire spectrum of the energy supply chain and provide an exclusive opportunity for Department of Defense employees, contractors, the military services, peers, leaders and top industry experts to discuss current trends and initiatives in the petroleum, energy, aerospace, alternative fuel and renewable energy fields.
Keynote speakers, plenary session, panel discussions and breakout sessions will offer the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and technologies in the energy industry and how the DoD and federal government are becoming a more efficient and environmentally friendly provider of energy products.

Robin Dunnigan, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Diplomacy, Department of State, Bureau of Energy Resources
Robin Dunnigan has served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Diplomacy in the Department of State’s Bureau of Energy Resources since August 2014. Steven Iselin, Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations and Environment)On Jan. 20, 2017, Mr. Steven Iselin became Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations and Environment). In this position, Mr. Iselin develops Department-wide policies, procedures, advocacy and strategic plans. He also oversees all Department of the Navy functions and programs related to installations, safety, energy and environment. More>>
Oliver Fritz, Deputy for Operational Energy
Mr. Oliver Fritz is the Deputy for Operational Energy in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Operational Energy. In this capacity, he assists with overseeing more than $2B in operational, technological, and analytical adaptations in the Department’s use of energy in warfighting, and was the staff lead for developing and implementing the Department’s Operational Energy Strategy.
