DLA Energy’s mission is to provide energy supplies and services so our customers can execute their mission. Executive Order 13571, “Streamlining Service Delivery and Improving Customer Service,” April 27, 2011 reinforced the Department’s focus to ensure customers receive increasingly better service, through the real-time adoption of process improvements and supporting technologies that focus on timeliness, accuracy, and responsiveness. The discussion will focus on customer-facing functions, opportunities to improve communication and feedback, and current strategic planning to improve customer support. This session is open to all attendees and provides an overview DLA Energy support to DOD and Federal customers.
